Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Customer: Any person who accesses or uses our website or services
Products: Cleaning products and related items offered for sale on our website
Order: A request to purchase products from our website

Order Process

Browse our product catalog and add items to your cart
Proceed to checkout and provide required shipping and billing information
Review your order and select a payment method
Complete payment through our secure Shopify checkout
Receive order confirmation via email

Note: An order is considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in RSD (Serbian Dinar) unless otherwise stated.
• All prices include VAT as required by Serbian law.
• Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, and other methods available through Shopify Payments.
• We strive to ensure price accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product's correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before processing the order.

Delivery

We deliver within Serbia. Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

We will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If products are damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Right of WithdrawalSerbian Law

In accordance with Serbian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

How to withdraw: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to office@lacasanysa.rs

Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than standard), within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Exceptions:

Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
Personalized or custom-made products
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, contact us at reklamacije@lacasanysa.rs

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• We will inspect returned products. If they do not meet return conditions, we may reject the return.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as required by Serbian law. Defective products can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund according to warranty terms.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and description of the defect.

Limitation of Liability

• We guarantee that products will match their descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• We strive to keep our website accurate and up-to-date but do not guarantee that information is always complete or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by Serbian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Privacy and Data Protection

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of La Casa Nysa or its content suppliers and is protected by Serbian and international copyright laws.

If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Serbian law, and the competent court in Serbia will have jurisdiction.
